At Villa Yvon, our goal is to provide an environment of absolute serenity and refined comfort. To ensure that every guest enjoys the seamless experience and the "slow living" philosophy of Telendos, we kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines. By choosing to stay with us, you help preserve the beauty and tranquility of our private retreat. 3 Night Minimum stay. We will do our best to accommodate early and late check in to align with your arrival and departure arrangements. Luggage can be stored safely at the Villa

• 1. Check - in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).
  We offer luggage assistance from the harbor to ensure a smooth arrival.
• 2. Check - out: By 11:00 AM.
  This allows our cleaning team enough time to prepare the villa to our high standards for the next guests.
• 3. Serenity & Quiet Hours
  Telendos is an island defined by its silence. To respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere:
  Please observe quiet hours: 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 08:00. We kindly ask you to keep music and loud conversations at a respectful volume, especially on the outdoor patio.
• 4. Smoking Policy
  To maintain the freshness of our interiors and for safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided and ensure no embers are left unattended.
• 5. Care of the Villa
  Our villa is decorated with natural materials and high-end finishes (stone basins, handmade furniture). Please treat the property with care.
  Damages: Any significant damage or breakage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported immediately and may be subject to a replacement fee.
• 6. Sustainability & The Environment
  Water and electricity are precious resources on a small island: Please ensure the Air Conditioning is turned off when you are not in the villa or when doors/windows are open. We encourage the mindful use of water.
• 7. Pets & Children
  Children: We are a family-friendly destination. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially on the patio.
  Pets: Pets are welcome only upon request and prior approval. Please ensure your furry friends respect the indoor furniture.
• 8. Safety & Security
  While Telendos is exceptionally safe, please remember to lock the villa when leaving and keep your valuables secure. The villa is not suitable for large parties or unauthorized visitors beyond the registered number of guests (6 people).

Cancellation Policy:

At Villa Yvon, we understand that plans can change.
However, due to our boutique nature and the unique location of our villas, we apply the following policy:

Free Cancellation:Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Partial Refund (50%):For cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
Non-Refundable:For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
Early Departure:In the event of departure before the scheduled date, 100% of the cost for the remaining nights will be charged.
Special Note (Weather Conditions):As access to Telendos depends on boat transit, in the event of a documented inability to reach the island due to official port authority restrictions (severe weather/gale winds), we will work with you to reschedule your stay for new dates at no extra cost, subject to availability.
